Anybody remember me, I am back

I used to be just GonnabeHuge and thanks to you guys I got there....5'9" 240, marriage and work got in the way of the Iron and I am looking to get back in the game, suprisingly I have maintained a large amount of muscle mass but got sorta fat,
any reccomendations for a come back cycle????(it's been 2 years)
