Anybody know an avatar bigger?

I recently put a pic of myself on my avatar, but I had to shrink the size of it so much that it's really tough to see. Anybody know how I can make it bigger without making the file bigger? I use Adobe Photoshop CS. But I will also use any program that somebody knows will help.

I wasn't quite sure what to expect clicking on this thread..

But if you crop out some of that background business, and change the pixels to 100x100, it should be better...

well I've used pics before that are a lot bigger than this one. I'd go platinum but I'm to poor at the moment
