LMAO @ The please PM me.

Just post up your issue.

All you guys said because of the IP issue?? right?? But how is that? I do not have static IP. I have dynamic IP. Not only that but my router uses NAT. And its not like the router has been on all this time for sooooo many months. It does go off every now and then and reconnect. And when it does reconnect...another IP address shows up. How then did he find me?

who found u?

also, if you are on cable/dsl then although your ISP designates that your IP is "dynamic" for the most part it will keep assigning the same IP to whatever you have hooked to your modem. in this case your router. so it is kind of "assigned" to your router but they do not set it up to ENSURE that your router keeps the same number. so, since the number CAN change (but rarely does) they say it is dynamic to prevent people from complaing that their IP has changed.

if you want to get a new IP you'll have to (depending on how the network is set up) move to a new area, or turn all your equipment off for a duration of time that the system will see that "your" ip address is no longer being utilized (probably a weekend or so) and it assigns it to a new piece of hardware. then when you reconnect "your" ip will be assigned to someeone else and will be unavailable and thus you will be assigned a new one.
