If you are asking if it will have a significant anabolic effect, then no. You will not gain muscle from it.

If you have access to that, then why not see if your Doc will presribe you Test Enanthate Shots instead. I have seen some dudes that have used the patches end up with some nasty burns in the shape of a ring where the patch was applied, for whatever reason. Tell him that you have that problem, and see if he will switch you to the injections.
