Anybody else seen that show called "human Weapon"

I'm watching it on the history channel, its pretty cool. They have different styles of fighting and get into detail on each strike and explain what damage it does to tissue or nerves, and how much force the strike if done properly is equivelant to. Kind of makes me want to get back into martial arts.

holy shit, this fucker just had a guy hold a baseball bat straight up and down, and then struck it w/ something called a wrist bash and the guy snaps the fucker by hitting it with his wrist bone!!!! Ouch. They say it will completely crush the soft tissue in somebody's throat or break the vertebrate. This show is nuts, its on the history channel, next episode comes on Friday at 10pm(eastern time)
