anybody cheat while on?

I was curious if any of you hardcore dieters cheat while on your cycle. Im not talking about full days where you eat anything in sight. Im talking about heading over to Burgerking for a double whopper with cheese instead of your normal chicken breast. If I go without fast food for just three days I start craving it bad. What about alcohol. Anyone drink a bit while on? Will it set you back bad if you drink one night like say Saturday night and then train the other six days? My diet is good and my drinking is very moderate but every now and then I want a greasy ass burger soo bad. Also Saturday night is tough Im ready to get rip roarin drunk man on Saturday night and go home and fuck some sluts in their butts. I know stay your butt home and grow but man gee wiz.
 
If I'm bulking I'll cheat if it seems hard to avoid, or awkward. (Social events usually)

If I'm dieting I might cheat once a month, and even that will still be a lot lighter than the cheat I'd have on my bulk.
 
As far as food goes i give myself one day a week to eat whatever and maybe one night a month to get really drunk,i can do it and not have any problem's thank's to a very high metabolism but usually i'll only drink every other month.
 
Hey life is ahort and anything in moderation is good! One drink once a week, and some real food once a week (but not too much) is ok. :chomp:
 
If your bulking just keep an eye on your fat gain, for some its not too bad but some guys blow the fuck up. If your cutting then don't even think about fast food.
 
im pretty much done with fast food, except maybe grilled fish tacos... somthing not so greasy as a burger.. maybe quizno's too...
im very sad to not be eating in-n-out burgers anymore :p

The only people who almost never cheat are pro bodybuilders who get paid to workout, look good, compete in shows, model for BB magazines, etc, etc ................................
 
Drinkin is rare for me in any case. I don't cheat too often when cutting. I give myself a day where I get a few cheat meals in. Beyond that, I eat carbs before and after my workouts 3x a week, so It hold me over as far as carb cravings on the other three low-carb days, which dos not include a carb meal, just fat/protein meals with minimal carbs. Works for me.
 
I Still drink till i puke once a week. o well.... as far as cheating. I have 1 cheat meal a week. Pf changs every saturday nite with the old lady. Nothin better then a Changs Spicy Chicken......... Fukkk is it saturday yet..ummmmmm.
 
off or on the cycle, i cant pass up good food bro

i try to make it up on the threadmill, but i aint stressing it

i just try not to give my fridge anymore late nite visits......
 
unless your on a competition diet and even then one day a week and few snacks here and there are not gonna kill your diet as long as the cardio is on point---wanna cheat add in an extra cardio session!!! and as far as competing if you give yourself plenty of time to prepare 14-16 weeks in most cases you will never have a problem

Some experts will claim one cheat day through week will actually boost metabolism.
