Any way to reduce CORTISOL?

i blame stress and high cortisol levels for my recent acne outbreaks and hairloss. it seems to be a major contributing factor to whats going on with my body, and i don't like it one bit. what is the best way to reduce cortisol levels? getting massages once a week? breathing exercises? diet supplementation? anyone have any ideas?

If it's stress induced than I would just try to calm down and relax as much as possible. I feel you though bro. If it's training related Clen or Deca are both pretty good choices for controlling cortisol levels somewhat. Cytadren is also effective, but I would not recommend it because it is just way too dangerous. Shoot take a valium, smoke a joint, or kill a couple beers. That might help you out on the relaxation part.

i''ve heard bad things about valium sides, i've smoked WAY too many joints, and killing a couple beers just makes things worse for me the next day. i don't know what to do..
