Sounds flaky to me. He is claiming that because primo lowers shbg ,resulting more free test, therefore more test is available to be acted on by the aromatase enzeme. There is some truth to that statement, however, using that logic one would never want to have more free testosterone. Sorry, but free test and growth go hand in hand. To further confuse the issue, he then said winstrol is a better choice. Personally I've never seen any evidence that primo lowers shbg, however human studies have proven that even 6 mg of oral winstrol can lower shbg by a measurable amount. Usuing his previous logic, adding 6 mg of winstrol per day while on test would result in a much higher change of devoloping gyno. Its highly unlikely that adding winstrol in the middle of a test cycle is going to result in the sudden devolpment of gyno.
Bro sometimes the best thing you can do is step back and look at the big picture. Now, if you are concerned about gyno and other such side effects just bear in mind that in general the more steroids you add to your stack, and the higher the dose of those drugs, the higher the change for developing side effects. The best advice you can take is to ask yourself do you really need the doses you are planning to use in a cycle, and evaluate the change of addition side effects of adding each steroid to the mix and decide of the benefits outweigh the risk. That is why we see so many differnet cycles. Clearly most people on the board could afford to use 3 grams of test a week since most of us can get it for anywhere between $10 and $25 per gram in some form. However, for most of use, it just isn't worth the risks. Just my 2 cc's worth...
