I found a 02 honda civic for my daughter. It has 24k miles for only 7200 the avg trade in on nada is 10700. But then the dude told me it had been wrecked and fixed and now considered reconditioned . Is that any big deal? Thoughts because I am going to look at in about an hour. Thanks.

when you recondition certain parts are going to be new, some original, some rebuilt etc. plan on problems in the future. what does she like in a car tell us and we can help you find a new one.
something reconditioned means something went wrong. means more will go wrong, ps people lie to sell cars all them time.
