- Age 29
2 - Lifting History been lifting about 13 years on and off
3 - Height 511
4 - Weight 202
5 - Estimated BF% about 23%, not fat, but a little chunky in the mid area
6 - Diet I eat alot of everything
7 - Goals, I want a tighter look, and more bulk
8 - Proposed cycle I used small amounts in the past, on and off nothing serious, I never stacked and always got decent results. my last cycle was about 5 years ago, I did deca 400 mg a week, did not suffer from any sides and gained ruffly about 18 pounds. If any one has any suggestions I would be most appricated.
 
23% bf is kinda high, i would try to get that down alittle then start, its all about the diet...

i rould run a test only cycle or maybe a test/eq

wks 1-10 test 500mg
wks 1-10 armidex .5mg ed

or

wks 1-10 test 500mg
wks 1=12 eq 400-600mg
wks 1-10 armidex .5mg ed
 
but a little chunky in the mid area

If you aren’t training like an animal, at your age with that much test and gear you will, if you don’t, bodybuilding is not your sport.


One last thing with being off for 5 years,

Be certain to eat a clean diet, as In no carbs, low fat and a ton of protein,
You know you are eating correctly with in a couple of weeks small children will be very, very frightened of you, because they look like appetizers

Go on diovan or something else to keep it in line, pain in the ass but so is dying,

Find a cardiologist with a positive IQ, and have him do his friggen job,
