I've read at least two reviews of the Chinaco Añejo that ranked it above both the Patron and El Tesoro Añejos ... any input???

I just bought a half bottle of Sol Dios Añejo based on a review, yeah silky smooth with buttery toffee notes my ass ... Jesus it tasted like paint thinner with an aroma (and burn) reminscent of Jim Beam, so now I'm gun shy of reviews from strangers.

The thing is, if the Chinaco IS that good the Artisan bottle edition is being closed out in my state for about $35 a bottle  What the hell, I deserve an early mother's day present ;)

I am fond of Patron straight out of the freezer....the other 2 are not familer to me.

I like Patron silver myself. smooth, not a lot of flavor.

Don Julio Anejo.

My numero uno can not be bought in the states sadly. I know what the bottle looks like, but not the name of it, lol... so that's no help there... Don Julio ANEJO (not blanco or resposado) is easily accessible and very smooth IMHO.
