Bro,
I have a surprise PT test where I have to run 2 miles under 18 mins. I have to do this in two weeks. Does anyone have any suggestion on how I can condition for this in such short notice? I haven't been doing cardio for a couple months. Also, would being on a cycle gonna slow the person down..?
 
Bro, If you can't run 2 miles in under 18 min something is wrong. I could just about walk that far in 18 min. But for real, if you can't make it now. I'd start every morning till the day. It shouldn't take you too long to get that down.
