Any physical therapist or doc's here?

It's now almost 6 weeks since I broke my arm. The elbow to be correct... I've been thinking of getting back to the gym next monday, but I don't think my arm is 100% yet.(The doc's said 6 weeks should be enough, and that's next friday) It makes "sounds" when I bend it. And it hurts a little in my elbow when I'm using the tricep. I have only been using a cast for 2 weeks because they put a couple of screws and some wiry or something in my elbow to hold the bones together.

It seems like it's getting better everyday now. Should I just start easy next monday and see how it goes, or should I see a physical therapist and hear what he has to say?

I have never broken something before, so I'm not sure if those "noices" and the pain is normal after almost 6 weeks.
So would have been great if somone with experience could tell me!

And when can I expect to be back in shape? Guess I'm far from 352 in bench now:(

I am a doctor of engineering, so unless you are made of engineering materials, like steel or aluminium.. I cannot help you.

Are youmade of steel or aluminium?

I think 6 weeks is still a little early to be going full out on a mended arm...
