i put a fingertip worth all over the area on each side, then another fingertip full dabbed on each side nipple only....twice a day. i was using during a cutter with very mild or no AAS and will continue with the second tube during the sust/EQ/dbol/adrol/fina cycle here. as long as i take care of my anti-E protection i figure it will continue to work. no bromo though....so i hope the adrol or fina don't aggravate it.......

i believe IMO that is what it is best for. overal lumps and all, i'll let you know at the end of tube 2 in a few months.
