Your a marketig manager for an appliance store. Most of your major competitors have focused on intrest free payment plans for purchases over $500. Since all your competitors are essentially offering this incentive, you want to do something different. What other promotional pricin options might you emmploy to create additional brand equity for your company??Consider options that might be less likely to be copied by competitors in the short term!!!:rolleyes:
 
I'M NOT A MRKTG MAJOR BUT WHAT ABOUT OFFERING A PLAN THAT IF YOU (THEY) PAY OF THE ITEM EARLY, THEY GET A PRICE BREAK OR SOMETHING.


SAY FOR INSTANCE, YOU HAVE TO FINANCE A CERTAIN AMOUNT FOR 2 YEARS OR LESS, IF YOU PAY IT OFF ATLEAST 6 MONTHS EARLY, THEY GET A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF CREDIT IN THE STORE OR DISCOUNT ON THE NEXT PURCHASE. OR IF ITS PAID OFF A CERTAIN NUMBER OF MONTHS EARLY, THEY ONLY HAVE TO PAY A CERTAIN AMOUNT WHICH IS CHEAPER THAN THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE.
