Any Lipostabil seized?

I was thinking of ordering some foreign lipostabil. I don't know if it is okay to name sources but its from Brazil.

Their site use to gaurantee shipment now it says if seized its our loss, and that 10% are getting seized.

Anyone know how much lipostabil is getting seized?
