What can I do if I was to buy a used car from a dealer that was in a bad accident and they never told me about it. Im guessing the car is a trade in but they never said anything about it being hit..

under article 721 section 13 you are protected for only the first thirty days of purchasing a vehicle under the lemon law act. After thirty days, the law assumes the car to be in satisfactory condition for the buyer and holds you 100% resposible. If the title is not a salvage title, you must make the payments and assume responsibilty for the vehicle. I say sell the car if you bought it over thirty days ago. Remember when purchasing a car, look at the way the lines match up, look for underspray and always consider what the reason the seller is selling the car for.
