this doesnt suppress appetite but will control it, but have a glass of water before each meal. This will let u think that you are full and you should eat less. It is only temporary tho so it might nto work all the time

Phentermine. Its a perscription diet med, but there are a thousand places on the net to get it. It works, almost too good. I've been on for a week now, and I almost have to remind myself to eat, best of all it controlls my craving for sweets. It's not a speed so you dont get that edgy feeling like you do when your on a speed type med. It does make you thirsty as hell though.
