Any recomrendations....I saw that huishmail has a laptop car for anonymous web surfing.

download virtualPC 2007 by microsoft (its free) and get an iso of Anonym.OS from Torrentspy. You can either boot your computer with a cd that you burned the ISO to, or you can load the ISO via virtualPC2007 if you want to go the virtual machine route. This will route all your traffic through the onion network, which is safer than using public proxy sites that sometimes save logs for legal purposes.

note: using a virtual computer for questionable activity is usually preferred, and is called "sandboxing", because if you get any rootkit or crapware installed from a questionable site, it will only mess up the virtual hdd, rather than your main computer.
