Just kidding bro. On the serious side, even if you can get a little something, it wont be enough to really make a difference.

If you are trying to grow on a budget, hook up with a good bro at like a GNC.
I have a friend who owns five of em. When he has someone return something he “destroys” it. He gives me a call, if it is something I could use, I offer to “take it to the dumpster for him.”

Usually if you frequent the same health food store for supps, they will pass on some free samples that they get from the manufacturers...

try some of the BB mags like Flex...it used to have a section pertaining to free supp samples that you could apply for by phone/internet
