I'm 30, 5'8", 205, abt. 21% bf. I've been training for about 14 years. I've been thinking about doing a cycle for 3 years now and started researching about 1 year ago. I understand the risks and will thoroughly research any suggested cycles before doing anything. I want to put on some more muscle but my fat is a lot higher than I like so I'm mainly looking for a cutting cycle. Any help is greatly appreciated.
