Does anyone know how to, when making a column chart in Excel, have it display the name of every sample at the bottom of the chart (under the columns of course)? When I try, it only displays the names of 5 samples out of 10.

yea, this is an easy one.

when making the columns always use the F6 function at the end of the data input. after your done with the entire chart hit control+alt+F8, that initializes the excel standard protocol.

Well, it works when I am doing a flat chart with columns, but when I try and do the 3d type ones with the columns angled slightly, it won't display all the names. I tried doing what you said spongebob, but it didn't work with the 3d type ones. Any clue why not?

it depends what version of excel you have, remember now, the older version(bob santari era, he was the co-founder) does have logarithms to handle 3D charts. but if you do have the 5.0 version you should be able to do this. but you cant do anything past a 45 degree angle. always follow your inputs with this, ***.
that should do it.
