What is the best to run for a 750mgsust and 600mg eq 14 week cycle. i tend to get a slightly puffy nipple when on one side. Last time took 1mg amiridex and 40mg nolva untill problem went a way. This time was thinking about taking the aifm 2 squirts in the morning throughout the whole cycle and, Keeping nolva hand just in case. would this be enough and if not how long does it last at four squirts a day.

Try 2-4 pumps/day and adjust as needed. Make sure you have other AI's on hand. You may want to keep letro around being that you have had problems in the past. I don't know how many pumps are in 1 bottle.

2 pumps of AIFM is my sweet spot. 4 pumps I got too dry.

Bro, just as with any anti-e you can not get a one size fits all answer. We all have our own bio-chemical individuality making things effect our bodies differently. You need to find what works for your body whether it be gains, estro control, or post cycle by trial and error using other peoples experiences on here as just a map in the right direction but not an exact path you must take.
