with so many different kinds. how do i figure out which is the best to take.
arimidex-proviron-tamoxifen-nolvadex-clomid. is there a difference to these? do i need just one, or sould i have two or more on hand?

Armidex is good to reduce bloat during cycle, As for Nolvedex this is taken by many during cycle to prevent Gyno, Others will just keep it on Hand incase of signs of Gyno..Now Clomid that you'd want to use after cycle to get your body back in whack

well bud they work different ways

its best to have 2 one to use during the cycle such as adex and nolva on hand in case symptoms come up....

adex works at eliminating estro. while nolva competes with it at the receptor site....

start adex at .25mg ed or .5mg ed

nolva 20mg ED if needed..

armidex from the get go if you want, i dont know if your gyno prone so its up to you whether you want to run it or not....i believe it takes a little while to build up in the system so like i said from the get go or not

You should use Arimidex your whole cycle, it will help with a lot of estrogen sides. The nolvadex can be kept for use if you do show signs of gyno. For gyno, clomid cannot be used in place of nolvadex; however, for PCT it can.

How much do u use? .25 .5 every day the whole duration of the cycle?

well it can affect your gains in the sense that it will lessen water retention which usually means less strength but the water gets pissed out post cycle anyway so whats the diff there.......start with a low enough dose to get results and adjust accordingly but most take .5mg daily.....and yes the entire length of the cycle....
