I am currently doing 200mg of Test every 4 days. Would you recommend using a Anti-Estrogen? What kind and what dosage would you recommend? I have read that Anti-E's can decrease your gains, however I am more concerned with the water retention, hair loss and gyno.

You should only need nolvadex at 20 mgs/day at that dosage.

How does an anti-e help you with the hairloss? U need some liquid steride.

Finasteride will block DHT and help you keep your hair, the dose of Nolva mentioned above is good too. Look up the finasteride and see how it works because there are contraindications.

anyways like was said above nolva isn't suppossed to keep you from bloating but in some people ive seen that it slightly helps. For anti e's you can armidex or aromasin. Aromasin is better and not as harmful on lipids but much more expensive. Finasteride is for hairloss 1mg a day is the dosage but it has been said that it screws with your sex drive.

hair loss: go with finastride

anti-Es:
Arimidex or Aromasin

Arimidex - .5mgs/ED , if that doesn't suit you jump to 1mg/ED (.5 should be plenty)

Aromasin - 25mgs/ED is a good start, and you can bump to 50mgs ED

arimidex 0.25-0.50mg should do the trick.

sure 1.25mgs/ED for the average cycle, you would bump to 2.5mgs if high dosages are involved
