arimidex, chlomid, nolvadex (vote which is better)

can you take any of these during & post cycle to keep away gyno & bitch tits? should they be used ed or eod. what is a good dose? thanks in advance. if you have time also read this article.

Chlomid and Novaldex are both well suited for post cycle purposes... They also can inhibit development of post cycle gyno.
Tehy are used ed novaldex at 20mg/day and clomid between 50 and 100mg/day.

An article on "bodybuiling.com" says, that novaldex is to prefferd over clomid post cycle, as it restores test production 3 to 4 times better than clomid.

You can prevent "rebound effect" by taking novaldex until estrogen levels droped naturally. Otherwise risk of post cycle gyno remains high. THe rebound effect only occurs when novaldex/clomid is taken during a cycle..

Arimidex is not well suited for post cycle gyno prevention, as it does not block estrogen receptors. It simply reduces the amount of test converted to estrogen. after a longer cycle your test levels will drop "naturally" so there is not much test to convert to estrogen. Moreover arimidex takes some time to take effect while novaldex an clomid take effect much sooner. - Your main aim to prevent gyno post cycle should be blocking estrogen an wait until estrogen levels drop. I would advise to use it 4wks (starting dependent on which gear you're using)

All three are very different and serve their purpose very well. Most people run arimidex through there whole cycle, keep some nolvodex on hand, and use clomid post cycle.
