I recently spoke to a bodybuilder who for cutting used a perfect diet and some anti-e's (no test, no cycle, no nothing). He believed them to help lower water retention and also significantly assist fat loss.
Is this the case? I'm not interested in doing a full cycle yet (only been training 1.5-2 years), but I am VERY interested in shedding fat as fast as possible (I'm 6', 230lbs at around 16% and want to get to around 10% with as little lean weight loss as possible). My diet is fine, as is my cardio, but would anti-e's alone help? If so, which ones? Are there any "over the counter" ones I could use (I'm in the UK)?
Or should I go down the clen/eca route instead?
Advice appreciated. Thanks.
