Anti-e question

ok, last year at this time i did a test, fina cycle with no anti e and experienced no gyno symptoms, and gained nearly 40 pounds...

then my next cycle, which was done with adequate time off and consisted of the same, but with nolvadex, at that time i gained around 10 pounds and experienced some gyno symptoms.....

the next cycle im planning on doing soon is sust, fina, eq. and dont plan on using any nolva, but i will say that if i do begin to experience problematic gyno i will start the nolva....just wanted to hear some thoughts on this...

If you ALREADY experinced gyno symptoms,then I urge caution.Just be very aware of the very beginning signs(irritability,itching)and hit the nolvadex heavy and hard immediately.You are already prone,so be careful.
