I am 34 5'9"170 lbs. Very active and recently out of the army. Worked out all the time with no change in size really. Wanting to get about 185 190 decent build. Not wanting huge and super bulk. I eat 3 or 4 times a day big meals. I have tried all the crap at gnc to gain and sick of blowing money for no visual change!! Can anyone point me in the right direction. I have access to Sustanon -300 by east coast labs. Just not sure on any of that stuff never done it
