answers needed about cutting cycle

here's the deal, 30, 6' 246. been dieting 3 weeks. down from 258. need to be at 220 lean as shit. did it in 2000. went from 246 to 204. since then i guess i put on 10lbs muscle. doing AS since 18. haven't done a thing since jan 2004. longest layoff ever. hopefully my receptors will suck in whatever i give them. i am thinking of doing 1 of 2 cycles. first 1:
600mg BD primo/week for 10 weeks w/ clen. i already started clen, on 2nd week. will run 2 on 2 off w/ ECA during off weeks.
OR:
wk1-10 300mg/week of prop
wk1-8 200mg/week BD tren
wk9-16 400mg primo/week
wk9-16 50mg BD winny tabs/day
clomid for PCT. don't know if i'll run nolva during cycle.
my diet now and when i'm gonna be on is CLEAN
9am 4 eggs, 2 yolks(hardboiled)
11:30 steamed chicken and steamed mixed veg
2 protein shake( 7g carbs, 55g protein)
4:30 steamed chik/veg
7 protein shake (7g carbs, 55g protein)
8-9:30 train and 30 min cardio
9:30 shake( 15g carbs w/ sugar, 40g protein)
10 steamed chik/veg
before bed protein shake
load up on carbs every mon and sat, try to get in about 300g instead of less than 100g. protein always at least 250g/day. only fat is from nuts, olive oil, EFA and alittle peanut butter. 1g water daily. drink 1g distilled every fri.
MY MAIN OBJECTIVE IS TO GET LEAN A SHIT. REALLY DON'T WANT TO ADD MORE SIZE BUT I THINK IF I KEEP FOLLOWING THIS DIET I MAY NEED TO. LOW CARBS IS ONLY WAY FOR ME TO SHED FAT LIKE I WANT. also only do like 30min cardio 3 days/week. will be slowly increasing to 40-45 minutes 4-5 days/week. i know the 2 cycles are like night and day. which 1 do u think would be better for someone like me, lots of AS experience, training for 14 years. the straight up primo cycle will be expensive as shit. that also makes me think about doing 2nd cycle since i have everything for that 1.

seems fine to me. i don't quite get why u dont run the primo throughout or shorten the cycle but thats me.
 
i dont' know its a long cycle, why don't you run a 12 weeker with primo the whole time, and weeks 9-12 do the winny.
