answer this..why all the ads

I get ads after the first posts and stuff at the end of my posts. I do not subscribe to get ads and I do not post ads in my sig. I am plat and should not be viewing ads. WTF. Is this reality? Or can I get rid of them

I think there's an option under the user control panel to turn off ads if you're plat.

Profile --> Edit Options...Scroll down to the very bottom and under Site Wide Advertisements, select Off
