I am taking it now from my doctor. I only take 2iu's per day due to the high cost. i take it for 5 days then 2 off...shots are nothing ...simply grab skin around your belly and use insulin needle under skin...no pain or anything. be sure you fan dry alcohol before sticking needle ..that is where the burn comes from sometimes. I take 1 iu in am and 1 in pm. I cannot see amazing results but do believe it helps in the long run..I also take 250 mg of test each week......hope this helps
