ANPB - Creamy/Crunchy/Salt/Unsalted?

With the good amount of peanut pieces in "chunky" peanut butter, and the good amount of nuts in general that don't get digested fully (you all know what I mean), is it better for diet to eat only creamy?

Is the undigestable portion of crunchy negligible for considering overall protein consumption?

Also, salt/unsalted? I know ideally you'd want to eat unsalted to prevent the salt intake/bloating with consuming sodium, but have you ever tasted unsalted? Blech. Does 310mg of sodium (per 2 tbs.) effect us enough that we really should not eat salted for bulking and/or dieting?
 
Personally I stick with creamy because that's all I have in my area. They have salted and unsalted. I choose UNsalted... tiny amounts of sodium add up really quick throughout the day.

The parts you don't digest are usually negligible, but I suggest you try chewing the food more - it will aid digestion. Ideally, you would go with unsalted, but a lot of people find the flavor bland and hard to put down. I suggest you try the unsalted, if you don't like it - stick with salted.
