another stupid ass question

i am about to do a straight enanthate cycle of 500mg a week. if i were to use nolvadex through the whole cycle. how many mg a day should i take. thanks for the help.

20mg - 40mg start of cycle and continue after your cycle.

40mg a day sounds right.
add proviron at 50mg to totally eliminate any estrogen related sides before they start.
