I just wanted to introduce myself. I have been reading some of the threads on the board and decided its time I come out of the closet and share some of my experience with Gear. Please do not take this wrong. I by no means do I claim to be some kind of guru but I have experimented like alot of people on this forum. It has been almost 7 years since I have done a real cycle and from what I have been reading alot has changed since then. I have used almost every kind of gear there is out there and prefer anobolics over androgens due to the side effects. Can anyone sugesst what would be recommended for someone of my frame to get back into the body building scene. I do not want to gain just mass, I would prefer to stay lean and build good quality muscle. I'm 5,5ft, 150lbs and older but not old yet. I would like to get around 175lbs to 185lbs. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
 
welcome , u may want to go to the training board and diet board also, you would be suprised what a change in just a diet will do, not to mention a new workout schedule.

Great training, great diet. How old are you? How much have you gained in the last two years? The last year? The last 6 months?
 
you're looking to put on 35lbs, but don't want any mass huh?

J/K bro, welcome to the board. You said that you've tried just about everything,
what was your experience with test/tren? Nice lean mass with sick strength gains.

I'm 30 now and mass is no problem to put on but trying to stay lean is my biggest challenge. Alot of the gear company's I'm not to familiar with anymore. It use to just be orgenon, lilly, duralabs and sportpharma where some that I could remember. I've have gained alot of mass from taking all the diffent test like:
Sustonon
omadren
enanthate
cyp
testiviron depot
proprinate
ect.
excuse me if i did not spell it right. During my off cycles I would loose alot of the gains I worked very hard for. Tren worked very good but I hated having to take it every 2days kept me sore. I did not have access to forums like this then either so I'm still soaking it all in. Dieting is difficult with 2 kids because if I diet so do they if you know what I mean.
 
If your diet and training aren't up to par, I would start there. I'm your exact height bro, 5'5", and I can stay around 175lbs pretty lean without any gear. Granted, I had to use gear to GET here, but I stay around that size now when I'm off. If you lost a lot of your gains after test cycles, either you weren't using an anti-e and you just lost water, or you didn't do PCT and lost a lot period. Make sure you understand PCT and the use of anti-e's, then I'd probably run a basic test cycle. It worked before, it will still work, but with a good PCT you shouldn't lose much this time around. And bro... 30 is still young as hell :)

why not try test/tren-e

same results without all of the injections, just takes a bit longer for it to kick in.
 
I appreciate all the help and advice I will try the diet thing first and get some protein powder to make sure I get enough. I think I misunderstood what Tren E you where pertaining to and I think I'm mistaking it for Trenbelon or something like that. I'm sorry but I'm not sure I understand some of the lingo like pct give me a few more days and I will pick it up quick. I guess 30 feels older to me because I remember before I had 2 kids and was able to go to the gym when ever I pleased and now I have to find gyms that have day care which luckily I now belong to fitness center that has one. Don't that sound hard core "fitness center". Thanks everyone for the info I will post future progress and gains.

both are awsome and fairly easy to maintain your gains
