another hair loss question

been running 100mg test prop eod and today in the shower i had a handful (like maybe 20 strands) hair loss. maybe a stupid question but when I stop, will the hair regrow? I rarely use (like once every 5 years) and am 30 years old, no history of baldness on either side of the family. would decreasing the dosage or further spacing the injects help? thanks in advance!
