First a little about me. I am 34 years old. Stats 5'11 208 around 7% bodyfat. My lifts are bench 405 (kinda ugly but it goes up) squat 550ish GOOD SQUAT...I have a 32 1/2 inch waist, and my arms are roughly around 17 1/2 inches...Guys I have lifted and dieted what seems like my WHOLE life....The only supplement I have taken are prohormones..(damn no sex drive)...BUT I am about to cross over to the dark side...I HAVE TO SEE WHAT I AM CAPABLE OF ACHIEVING, off a few cycles a years...I am Extremley new to AS so I am going to take in some knowledge before I make that leap...I do however from what I am reading thinking about taking Test prop as my first cycle...I have read a little about PCT but as for the actual cycle I would love to keep it kinda simple and get as much possible gains as possible. Guys my diet is EXTREMLEY clean with consuming roughly 300 grams of protein a day. (been doing that for years)
SOOOOO I guess what I am asking is...If yall had to do it all over again...What would be a first cycle...I am not a scientist, so PLEASE keep it kinda basic...
