Is it ok to use less oil to make it more concentrated? example: with a typical conversion kit, instead of making 22cc's at 76mgs per cc using half the oil and making it 152mgs per cc. seems it would make shooting it a little easier.

Someone told you wrong. Cutting the oil is the best option, you will just get less end product and the injections become more painful with concentration. With the 2 gram kit you will end up with 13.3 ml of final product. 5ml of that will be magic solution and 2ml will be tren. Less than half is oil, so you can probably see why it would be painful. 75mg ed would be better even though you have to stick more often.
