Start with 300mgs on the first day,then use the exact schedule you have outlined after that.

The sole purpose of doing 300mgs on day one is to overcome the drug's slow buildup point.After you do this on day one,the drug will be at therapeutic levels in your system,so then you can drop the dosages back down to where you have them,to maintain that level for a couple of more weeks...
