Another Dnp Question

ok i am going to start 200mg of dnp a day for a week and i was wondering what is the best diet that experianced users have tried... i am a little scared that of tis cycle because what i have heard and read about it ??? so please help me out!!!:confused:

MR. X i think that this is your area...can you help me please?

i mean today is my first day and i guess i have low tollerence because i am already burning up and i have my ac on 60 degrees!!!! and the fans are going... i know that this is not all in my head !!!! i never sweat and i am always cold...now im so hot and i cant stop sweating after this mornings cardio?

1)You need to get sufficient vitamins and minerals in your system w/ at least 1.5 gallons of water.
2)Sample diet: 50/40/10 (carbs/protein/fat)...but let's make it simple= cereal w/ fat-free milk..fat-free yougurt..fat-free ice cream
Simply anything that will make you cool and fits into the carb/protein/fat ratios. I would recommend just relaxing on DNP and not put much worry into the diet...I usually just eat 7 meals of cereal/ff milk and some yogurt.
3g pyruvate
IMPORTANT: 1TBSP. GLYCEROL 3 TIMES A DAY
1200-1500mg magnesium in 2-3 divided doses.
5-10,000mg vitamin C.
1200IU of vitamin E
200mcg of selenium.
1000-2000mg of calcium (can't take it with the magnesium, though. Take it before bed)
50mg of zinc a day
one iron tab as hemoglobin is a protein as well.
A potassium gluconate tab or two a day
Taurine at 3g a day.
Melatonin if you can't sleep and it is also one of the best and cheapest anti-oxidants.
Glutamine at 15g a day sublingual or with carb/protein drink.

I disagree with the glycerol.

In low-dose cycles glycerol becomes irrelevant.
Its opnly in modertae to high dose cycles
that glycerol has any application.
Secondly, all those supps are OVERKILL.
DNP increases free-radical production due to
the rapid combustion of fats.
ALA+Vit.E+Vit.C will erradicate this problem.

I think the facts are simple...Glycerol helps hydrate the muscle. Even at low doses, I view glycerol as being one of the more important supplements.
I have to disagree.
You do need all the supplements. In fact, DNP is proven uncarsinogenic but it's not proven non-toxic.
I have to stick with Animal's idea of Over-Supplementation rather then "under"-supplementing the body.

roxy don't do it...............please ..dnp is deadly. just recently a ny resident died after taking it for 4 days. 600 mg per day.

Have you ever done dnp?
Have you ever read a study done on its effects?
Do you know what kind of diet/hydration/vitamin sups the deadman was taking, or not taking.

Yes its deadly if your stupid, but I'm using 600 mg + a day in some hot weather, and feel pretty good.

Roxy be careful and start slow. I was nervous as can be my first 200 mg, after that its all good :) pm me if you got any questions, have a thread around here somewhere about it. One thing I"ll suggest that no one else seems to talk about are b vitamins, they really seem to help me with lethargy!
 
well guys i am already taking it so i figure wth? because i am not feeling too bad.. im just really nervous ... i am scared that with this stuff i will mess up me repoductive system? and that really scares me a lot? is there any supplement i could take to try and stop this from happening?
