1)You need to get sufficient vitamins and minerals in your system w/ at least 1.5 gallons of water.
2)Sample diet: 50/40/10 (carbs/protein/fat)...but let's make it simple= cereal w/ fat-free milk..fat-free yougurt..fat-free ice cream
Simply anything that will make you cool and fits into the carb/protein/fat ratios. I would recommend just relaxing on DNP and not put much worry into the diet...I usually just eat 7 meals of cereal/ff milk and some yogurt.
3g pyruvate
IMPORTANT: 1TBSP. GLYCEROL 3 TIMES A DAY
1200-1500mg magnesium in 2-3 divided doses.
5-10,000mg vitamin C.
1200IU of vitamin E
200mcg of selenium.
1000-2000mg of calcium (can't take it with the magnesium, though. Take it before bed)
50mg of zinc a day
one iron tab as hemoglobin is a protein as well.
A potassium gluconate tab or two a day
Taurine at 3g a day.
Melatonin if you can't sleep and it is also one of the best and cheapest anti-oxidants.
Glutamine at 15g a day sublingual or with carb/protein drink.
