I have been reading about this stuff for years now and I think I am going to try a low dose of it for a few weeks. If I do 250 mg ED how bad will it hurt my training? Will I still be able to keep the same intensity when working out. Also Is it safe to run a mile a few times a week while on it ? Right now I am 6' 1" 230 14% BF and want to get down to about 10 -12% in 36 days! Jamboree in the hills is comming up and I want to be jacked! I know what all to take with it I just dont want to sacrafice to much hard earned muscle.

250 a day isnt bad. When i did 200mg a day for 20 days, i still had most if not all of my energy. Go ahead and run the mile too, just not out in the heat.

DNP

Hey bro if you're on dnp, don't do any cardio. It might heat you up a bit too much granted 200 aday isn't much but you never know. If I were you I'd go 200 for the first 3 days then bump it to 400 for the next 3. See how you feel, if you don't feel bad then keep on gettin' up. I have run 400 mg's day for 20 days without any major problems. It just made it harder to go to the gym< just remember to take all your supps. while on. I think there is still a website for info don't quote me or anything but I think it is Dnpinfo.com

I haven't looked at it in along time! Good luck bro.

DNP seriously interferes with my workouts...I end up cutting them short. At that low a dose after 6-7 days it should effect you too. I just kept my workouts light and made sure I was getting plenty of water...and had my workout buddy watch me in case of anything...never can be too careful with that stuff bro.

I didn't have many problems with training at 200mg a day. I didn't work out as long, and I think recovery was impeded a bit, but it was bearable. This all changed with 400mg and up. I was lethargic as hell and lifting was a struggle.

if you do cardio on DNP, do it in a cool area (preferably with a fan pointed at you) and have a big water bottle handy.

i've had good success doing an hour of cardio in the mornings on DNP before breakfast... nothing intense, just some walking on the treadmill. i only walk about 3.5mph at an incline of 8 or so and in an hour can burn about 790 calories (according to the machine). as long as you stay hydrated, take the recommended supps and workout smart you should be fine.

ripper2: How did you do on it?

the first time i did it i didnt' really watch my diet as i should have and still lost around 8lbs of fat.

this time im watching my diet much closer and will tell you how it turns out in a week when the water comes off.:fro:

and these were both 6-7day cycles at ~400mg/day powder
