Another cycle critique

Bros, a little help would be appreciated. I don't post a lot, mostly read but I am about to start my 2nd cycle, and I have been off for 1 year, and believe me waiting that long wasn't easy. I am 30 yrs old, 190lbs, with 12% bf. I workout 4-5 days a week, plan on a high protein diet and some advice on low carb or low fat. I would like to gain 15-20, and get ripped. Here is what I have:

3-10ml of T200, 2-10ml deca, 100-1mg Arimidex, 40- 50mg Clomid, Nolva on hand, also got Doc to prescribe me some Accutane for after.

I would like some advice on cycle for solid lean gains, and should I incorporate ECA to help lower bf. Again any help would be greatly appreciated.
 
My first cycle was also 2-T200 and 1-decca and 1-Fort Dodge Eq and 200 Bionabal Dbol.
I used 400mg of test , 200mg of deca, 10wks straight, dbol for first 5wks and started eq wks 5-12. I used clomid for two weeks. I went from 170 lbs to 205. Unfortunatley I only have these two drugs this time.
 
T200------750mg------weeks 1-3
T200------500mg------weeks 4-10
Deca------400mg------weeks 1-10

Arimidex--.25-.5mg ED/EOD---weeks 1-10
Clomid-----100,50---------------weeks 13-15


what is the strength of your deca? I assumed it to be 200 to be safe. You can up it to 600mg for the first 2 weeks if you have 250's.
 
With only these 2 drugs you can make a pretty decent cycle.

I would try this:

T-200: 1.5 cc every 4 days
Deca: 1 cc every 4 days. (assuming 200mg a ml)

Arimidex 1mg ED.

It's just like a game of tetris. Making it all fit together with what you've got.:)
 
Have no comment on ECA.

Diet-wise, I think you need flax oil for EFAs and some extra calories. (And this will sound like some cheap promo, but I really like George's Mass Quantities stuff. Best tasting stuff I've had.) High protein, low carb is fine if you make sure you get enough good fat.
 
I would swap the t200 with 500mg sustanon per week. but thats just me

DIET:

I would eat at or slightly above your maintainence cals....eat a 50/30/20 split. Keep protien in 300+ range. Make sure your eating no less often than every 2 hours during the day. Drink a shake b4 bed. Keep high quality H2O intake up, and you're set (in a nutshell)

This is a very vague question. You need to design yourself a diet that you stick to and then post it with the entire macronutrient breakdown and I could give you some advise you can actually use.
