right so you only need to take creatine about a hour before a work out to get all the benfits. There is no loading needed. Ok i'm good with that, and i have even tryed it out today and felt the benefits of it.

Also people have said you dont need to take it on the days your not training.

So if i am only training 4 days a week do i still need to take a break from it? Or can i just keep going as i am getting 3 days rest out of 4?

Also should i take it when i am doing other training like running or american football practice? I would think yes, but what does everyone else think?

There are several studies now that show that cycling creatine is not necessary. That being said, I'd personally take it daily, 5g POST training and if you're not doing any exercise, take 5g with a meal. Even though the studies state cycling isn't necessary, there comes a time in creatine usage that the 'gains' you experience begin to diminish. That's when I would stop taking it, and take a two weeks to a month off...
