another clomid question

I know the board is flooded with these just wondering if I should do clomid recovery the same on test prop as I would sust? I got a clomid recovery pan for sust using the search..

300 day 1
100 10 days
50 10 days

start 3 days after last prop inj right.......

looks fine, I take 100/day for 14 days no front load, but thats just my preference. 3 days after is good.

So is this basically how clomid is taken after every cycle...or just test???...

Every cycle the only difference being the time after last injection and starting clomid, prop 3 days, sust 3 weeks. I start 2 days after prop, but what 1 day. cinnabar

on a similar note, when u guys do the 300mg first day of clomid, do u take it all at once or spread through the day???
