another clen ?

im about to start working in landscaping this week.cutting lawns walking all day. is ok to take clen while i do this kind of work working 60 hours a week.
 
clen is catabolic..
youll surely burn some fat while on it.
but expect some muscle wasting too!

IMO I think you might be asking for it....have you taken clen before? You can run into some nasty sides at "effective" dosages. I run clen and the last place I want to be is outside in the sun.

I was on clen last summer workin 50 -55 hour weeks, and i think it helped being active all day (worked in a factory) , just make sure u keep protein and calories slightly higher , dont want to burn off any extra muscle

I dont really agree with you bro, i have run 2 cycles of clen and the "nasty side effects" your talking about can be controlled with plenty of water and 5g of taurine a day..in or outside.

Yes they "can" be controlled, but they are still potentially there. Add that to being out in the heat 60 hours a day and yeah you might have some issues. If you're a seasoned vet then that's one thing. I don't know if S-350 has ever taken clen. I normally do clen/t3 cycles and being out in the sun 60 hours a week would not be a some thing i'd want to indulge in.

I don't know enough about S-350 for me to say, go ahead take some clen and hang out in the sun for days. If anything i'd say start off slow....

keeping my cals up? what should be my cal intake a day, cuz i want to loose weight so i was wondering how many i should take in

the anabolic effect of it is very very minimal bro. IMHO i like clen didnt loose any muscle at all....always remember to drink 1.5 or more gallons of water a day and 5g of taurine is a must for the "clen cramps"
 
You will lose a ton of fat landscaping with out clen. I used to drop 25lbs every summer that I did it!
