sorry guys but i want people opion on if they see better reults when they stay on for 3 weeks straight or do 2 days on 2 days. i have heard mixed. i have some super strong shit now and doing 2 days on 2 days off, for 3 weeks then taking 1 week off and starting again. the theroy is keeping your recptors clean. curious to see what others thought or experienced
 
The best way to do it is 2 day on 2 days off. Go for 2 weeks and then break for 3 weeks. This is from a book I read and works well for me.

after trying many ideas,,,the 2 days on///2days off for 2-3 wks then a break,,,has worked well for me ans close athletes I train.
