I just go and use the handicap bathroom if there is one.. Much cleaner and rarely used..... Even use the handicap stall in the regular men's room.

When i was in Amsterdam a month ago, accidently went into the women's room.. Couldn't tell on the door which one was which...realized when they had a tampon dispensing machine.
