Ann!!!!! Girl, you look great. Did you say you are competing this year? How about some more pics??? I'd love to see how big your V is in your back. Do a rear lat spread and some side chest, and leg shots! More pics, more pics!!! Whats your weight at now and how tall???

Also, let me just say you have some kick ass shoulders, I think you need to pass some of that over to me!!! LOL

Thanks so much for the nice replys. We took these as progress pics for my own personal stash, and to try out our new digital camera. I wasnt too keen on posting them yet, since I am not where I want to be yet....but NB kept calling my house night and day, begging me to put them up. ;) J/k...she knows I am too cheap to afford a platinum account :)

I consider myself to be still under "construction".... I will get leg shots in the next round of pics, after they have been squatted into the ground and are satisfactory in my eyes. Need to call on TV,Spatts and Pumpgirl for some leg workout sessions :)

I'm 5'9 at 155 pds..... cannot for the life of me get my weight to budge up or down . Am working on getting the b/f down.....with clean eating. ( yea right :)

What comp r u doing in July??? R u going to the Birmingham that's coming up soon??? We have a friend competing in it....he won the Mr. TN Novice Heavyweight class.....

OK Ann from a critical perspective as most would probably expect from me,

Maybe it's the pics, but..........

Everything looks good except what happening below the delts. Now, what I'm seeing is very well developed delts, but bis and tris are lacking as are forearms.

Am I the only one that sees this?

Are you getting your delts into your bi and tri work more than you should?

Do you do any forearm work?

Thanks W6..... I appreciate your input. I know my bi's are lagging...... As a matter of fact, a new bi work out is being constructed for this week. My husband tells me I continually cheat on bi's.....so that probably all ties into what you are seeing.

Forearms are suffering too, and the only time I truly noticed that myself was after looking at the pics.

I took a lot more pics, might email you some one day and let you rip me a new asshole :D

Very impressive, great width on the lats, really nice caps on your delts and your traps look great too. Your shoulder/trap symmetry is better than most male bodybuilders, neither overpowers the other, great work.
