Please Scroll Down to See Forums Below 4 years ago a guy I know was arrested in Germany with a large amount of drugs. In our news it was reported to be in the millions. He was sentenced to 4 yerars in a German prison and recently has been released. He shows up last week for the first time in four years wearing some kind of ankle bracleet that seems to be a LO-Jack system. Since he was caught on foreign soil why would the Feds have this electronic leash on him. I have asked him but he is a bit evasive.

Probably because he was popped for something else in the US and this is part of his sentence for that offense; it has nothing to do with the raping he got in a foreign prison.
