as long as your taking a multi i don't believe there is a huge difference.....i buy the huge bottle of centrum performance at costco....personally i would save your money for protein and other supps

yeah i know there are better multi's to take but i don't believe it makes a huge difference so i go with the cheap brand.... just my 2c
